DUB FROM ATLANTIS
Dub from Atlantis began in 2000 as a club night in Bristol England, promoting the finest U.K. Roots and Dub Selectors including Abba Shanti-I, Vibronics, Armagideon Sounds, Mannasah, Daddy G (Massive Attack), Dom Sotgui (Blood and Fire), DJ Perch, Mad Professor and many more;providing a vibrant and accessible environment for Dub Reggae fans young and old.
As well as being DJs, Dub from Atlantis and The Roots Prescription are a live band playing Heavyweight original Roots and Dub, and have played alongside top acts such as Easy Star All Stars, Nucleus Roots, Zion Train, Toots and the Maytals, DJ SUV, RSD, 2Kings, Trojan Sound System and DJ Derek.
With the launch of their own label Reng Rang records, Dub from Atlantis music has gone international with distribution from Dubwise, Blackamix, Zero Music shop and Ernie B and is being played out by the likes of such heroes as Don Letts and Jah Shaka.
