STEVEN REID WILLIAMS
Steve Williams is certainly no newcomer to the music industry but until recently his songs remained unreleased and unavailable. A piano player, guitarist and singer, Steve has had several years of professional experience playing for artists as diverse as UK blues legend Eddie Martin, folkster Beth Rowley, international gospel artist Geraldine Latty and rock queen Nicky Lamborn. In addition Steve has also been drafted in to play keyboards for UK R'n'B star Jamelia.
But now Steve is here with his own first album 'Corners', an eclectic mix of tunes that summarise a lifetime of musical influences. Four of the songs on the album have already become UK songwriting competition successes, and the bonus track, 'The Better Part of Me' was last year's winning song. In addition the title track 'Corners' was a finalist in Radio 2's 'Sold on Song' competition. Recent singer/songwriter discovery Beth Rowley is also featured on the album with a song called 'Too much too late'.
