IN:SIGHT

Ollie Evans aka 'In:sight' has always had an ear for music. 'My parents took me to festivals from the age of 5, I can still remember arriving at Glastonbury in '95 to see the Dance Tent for the first time, I was 14yrs old & too young to go to raves, I'd never seen anything like it!' This gave In:sight the inspiration to get into DJing. 4yrs later he owned his first set of decks & within a years Ollie was making regular appearances at clubs & bars in his home town. In 2002 In:sight finished 3rd in the 'Drive By' DJ competition in Bath but it wasn't until he went onto win the worldwide 'Liquid Funk' DJ competition in 2005 that things really started to take off. Fast forward a few years & In:sight is now resident DJ for Hospitality Bristol, Sh*t The Bed, Signal & Intrigue. He has warmed up for some of the biggest names in Drum & Bass including Andy C, Fabio, DJ Marky & High Contrast. When In:sight isn't DJing he's either spending time in the studio or co-promoting for the the monthly Drum & Bass night 'Inside Out' in Bristol. Over the past couple of years In:sight has been putting a lot of effort into his production & the hard work is now beginning to pay off with his tracks recently being signed to Bryan G's 'Chronic Records' & Brazil's infamous 'Luv Disaster' label as well as receiving air play & support from DJ Marky, BBC 1Xtra's Crissi Criss & Kiss 101's Gerard.
