Local Baroque ensemble Sonority 18c will perform from 1.30-2.15 and then UHBW Choir (formed from NHS workers from University Hospitals Bristol and Weston) will sing a capella for the second half of the concert.
Sonority 18C
Brought together by friendship and a shared passion for Baroque music, Sonority 18c is an ensemble based in Wiltshire which performs music from the 18 century on authentic, reproduction instruments. The ensemble includes 2 flutes, viola da gamba (also known as bass viol) harpsichord and soprano.
UHBW Choir
UHBW Choir is comprised of colleagues from University Hospitals Bristol and Weston who meet weekly to sing for wellbeing and connection. Led by Ellie Rusbridge since assembling in September 2021, the group sing a broad range of songs a cappella, ranging from Bulgarian chorus to Fleetwood Mac.
This is an open, drop-in performance, entry is free, and there is no need to book a ticket in advance. But you're welcome to if you would like to!
