Join me for a light-hearted, and inclusive vinyasa flow class. Weaving together traditional Asana and philosophy with mindful movement and mobility work, this class will help you find a deeper connection to your body and breath, as well as promoting greater flexibility, ease of movement and a calmer, more centred mind for the rest of your week.
