About the Band:

Started by Joseph Trudgeon as a cross generational project, Trudgeon's Trad Jazz Troubadours philosophy is based around bringing young and old jazz musicians and their audience together whilst preserving the musical traditions of early 20th century jazz.

Regularly seen around the country they can be found delighting the young and old at pubs, clubs, weddings, private parties with their authentic brand of traditional jazz. Their line up includes a who's who of jazz musicians from the southwest and south east. Some members have been playing traditional jazz around the circuit for 40+ years and are still very much at the top of their games, others are from a younger generation than the original trad jazz revivalists but have an equal amount of love and care for this old music as their elders.

2024 saw them release their first album, and they released a new record in 2025 featuring guests from London and the USA recorded live at Bristols Old Duke.

Entry requirements: 16+, any under 18s accompanied by 21+ adult 1:1 ratio
