Bloody Mary
An evening of story telling by Red Rope Theatre
The multi-award winning, Bristol based theatre company, Red Rope Theatre return this May for the 4th time to the magnificent Ashton Court Mansion for another haunting evening of story telling (The Sensational Penny Dreadful/Tales of the Grimoire/Beasts - A Manual of the Monstrous). Renowned for their adaptions of gothic horrors at Arnos Vale Cemetery (Dracula/Turn of the Screw/Frankenstein/Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde/A Christmas Carol/Sherlock Holmes The Hound of the Baskervilles/The Fall of the House of Usher), they have over 10 years experience telling tales of the supernatural.

Lock the gates. Dim the lights. Walk the stairs, backwards. Mind your step. Stare into the mirror. Say her name... “Bloody Mary”.
Join us for an evening of story telling, as we transport you through the ages; the villain, the monster, the woman. A ritual shall occur in the great hall of Ashton Court Mansion… and she will be summoned.

Actor, Director, and Podcast Phenomenon (The Apocalypse Players) Danann McAleer has been a longtime favourite amongst Red Rope audiences, and the company are excited to announce their first collaboration with the talented performer.
The story of Bloody Mary will be co-created and performed by Rebecca Robson (Red Rope Co-Founder) and Danann McAleer.

The performance will be scored by new music created by the incredible Crooked Worlds. The collaboration of Oliver Thomas, a platinum award winning producer/composer and Alba Torriset a British-Norwegian singer/songwriter performer and recording artist whose ethereal vocals have taken her all over Europe and to The Middle-East.
