Can I get a refund for my tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event organiser decides to issue a refund. If your event is cancelled many organisers will refund your card for the ticket face value.
Please note that refunds take 14 days to process, if you want to check if a refund is processing, check your orders & tickets. If you have any questions just contact us.
I can't go, can someone else use my ticket?
Yes. You can distribute your ticket pdfs amongst your friends.
If you wish to transfer your ticket to stranger, you will need to use our ticket transfer system which protects buyers from counterfeit tickets. Your original ticket becomes void and a new, valid ticket will be emailed to the transfer recipeint. Transfers can be made up to 24 hours before the event.
I can't find my ticket email, can I get it resent?
Usually you can find your tickets by searching your email inbox for "headfirst". If you've lost your etickets, you can recover your tickets at any time.
Do I need to print my tickets?
Printing tickets is not necessary. If you have a copy of your tickets on your phone/tablet, make sure you have enough battery to show your tickets at the door.
Does everyone have to arrive at the same time?
Headfirst emails you 1 pdf for each ticket. As long as each of your friends arrives with an unused pdf (on their phone or printed) they can arrive whenever they like.
Please do not email us your event information, these emails will be ignored.
How do I update my event information?
Events on Headfirst are self-managed. You can edit every aspect of your event yourself, just login and click on the event you want to edit.
How do I feature my event on the homepage?
Every promoter wants to see their event on our homepage. Featured events are chosen by a top-secret algorythm which evaluates the quality of the listing (photos good? artists facebook pages added? tickets on sale?) and the amount of interest the event is receiving. It's not possible pay for your event to be featured.
Please do not email us requesting we feature you event (these emails will be ignored).
How do I get my event to the top of the list?
Events are ordered by their listing score, events with richer content (photos, facebook pages, media content) are given a higher score.
If 2 events have the same score, the first to be added to Headfirst is shown above.
I'd like to sell tickets on Headfirst

I've lost my password
The quickest way to get back into your Promoter Account is by using the forgot password button on the promoter login page. Using this method we will send you a single-use password by text message. If you still can't login, use the contact button below and wait for a reply.
