With a healthy mixed bag of offerings, Lab's club nights incorporate anything from live bands and performers to djs and beatboxers. Spread over two floors, the club's main room is distinctive in feel and design, the bulging glass frontage of the club housing further architectural strangeness inside.
The venue hosts an assortment of external promotions and in house nights. Dbl Dkr, Asbo Disco and Fresh are internally run affairs delivering local acts as well as the occasional bigger names. Hullabaloo, Buoyancy, Super Ultra Mega and Shoestring bring a multitude of genres to the venue from funk and ska to electro and drum and bass. Hiphop is one of Lab's many strengths and its listings provide one of Bristol's rarer opportunities to see live hiphop in a club environment.
