You will also make a basic dough and adapt it to make a seeded mini loaf and bagels, as well as making an enriched dough to make delicious cinnamon buns. As with all of our workshops and courses, we provide ready weighed ingredients, equipment, tuition as well as packaging to take your bread home in.
