“Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee as you watch the first demonstration; making a sourdough which you will then make and later use as the base for your lunch: Pizza! You will also make an enriched dough which you will use in the afternoon to make brioche and croissants. By the end of the afternoon, you'll have beautiful breads to take with you, along with recipe cards so you can recreate them all again in the comfort of your own home!”

We're really keen to see loads of different types of music and we want everyone to get involved so bring whatever instruments you have. We have a small drum kit, a bass amp and a couple of guitar amps but acoustic would also work.”
