Data Recipients

This page lists the third-party service providers ("recipients") that Headfirst uses to operate the Platform, as referenced by the Supplier Agreement and the Data Sharing Agreement. We may update this list from time to time; the list in force at any time is the one published on this page.

Recipients

  • Stripe — payment processing, payouts, and Supplier identity and business verification. Customer payment details, names and email addresses; Supplier business, identity and bank account details.
  • Mailgun — transactional email delivery. Names, email addresses and message content.
  • Twilio — SMS delivery. Mobile numbers and message content, including ticket access codes.
  • ClickSend — SMS delivery. Mobile numbers and message content, including ticket access codes.
  • OpenAI — automated column detection when a Supplier imports a guest list file, and matching support enquiries to help articles. Sampled rows from the uploaded file, which can include customer names and email addresses, and the text of support messages.
  • DocRaptor — PDF generation for doorlists. Customer names, email addresses and ticket security codes.
  • Sentry — error monitoring. Technical request data and, for logged-in users, user identifiers including name, email address and mobile number.
  • Google — analytics (Google Analytics) and embedded services. Usage data and IP addresses.
  • Media platforms (YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, Bandcamp, Vimeo, Mixcloud) — media embeds on event pages. Visitor IP addresses and usage data when embeds load.
  • Cloudflare (including Turnstile) — content delivery, platform security, and abuse/bot prevention. Request data, browser information, usage data and IP addresses.

International transfers

Some recipients process personal data outside the UK. Where they do, UK GDPR international transfer safeguards apply, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, alongside each recipient's own compliance commitments.
