MAX MIDDLEWOOD -
'Max is an up & coming artist, working mainly in oil paints, but also incorporating mixed media pieces into his portfolio. His work is a very personal journey , a consistent diary entry & a peek inside the human psyche. Full of bold colour and emotion, his paintings are an eccentric mix of: figures , text , symbols, diagrams , self portraits and jumbled objects, all mashed together in a form of 'organised chaos' (which aptly became the name for his debut solo show). The elements in Middlewood's work come together to create a signature, zainy style that is instantly recognisable. Touching on many themes within his paintings, Max's art has become a mini universe of its own - full of introspection , irony , humour , magic & emotion.'

JAMES WATTS-
'Bristol based street artist, reflects on feelings within the unconscious, using motifs of human faces and form acting as a familiar grounding point to project these feelings or the lack thereof.
Exploring the relationship between how we view ourselves and how we feel within ourselves, practising predominantly in spray paint as well as charcoal and oils, dark imagery is paired with the happy colours of graffiti culture and pop art.'
