Wrecked Chateau at Alma Tavern and Theatre
£11.00

A gig on Sunday 24th March. The event starts at 18:00.

Blazing Flame bring us an evening live music and spoken word, with all proceeds going to Amnesty International.

Blending jazz improv with “thinking funk”, Blazing Flame's new recording is Wrecked Chateau… the road to ruin is not always the end of a story. There are many journeys within these songs and in the improvisations that describe them.

Matched perfectly to the music is the “crafted excellence” of spoken word poets James Stallard a master-minimalist and Steve Day, “a wordsmith who writes alchemy.”

Blazing Flame Quintet/6 Voice, Saxophone, Electric Violin, Trumpet, Double Bass, Drums.
Spoken Word by Steve Day, James Stallard

Doors open at 6pm. The event will start at 6.30pm
