MILKED at Alma Tavern and Theatre

A event on Thursday 30th June. The event starts at 20:00.

Paul is trying to find a job. Snowy is trying to find himself.

But when Snowy stumbles across a poorly cow in a local field, everything is put on hold as he ropes Paul into trying to help the cow, either to improve its lot or to put it out of its misery.

What follows is a hilarious and unnerving black comedy. There's failed suffocations, experiments with a saw and a trip to the train tracks, in this unlikely play about friendship, unemployment and a cow called Sandy.

Reviews for previous work:

"an enjoyable hour and definitely spoke of more to come from Charlie Day... funny, heartfelt, perceptive and poignant"

"Balances laugh-out-loud gags with poignant reflections on both performance and mental health"

"Pensive, preposterous and perceptive in equal measure"
