Led by postgraduate students from UWE Bristol “Joy for me is…” is a workshop that invites people from diverse backgrounds and experiences together through embroidery, creativity, conversation, and community. During the workshop, participants are invited to create a small and personalised embroidered artwork exploring the idea of joy.

Whether you are an experienced crafter or have never picked up a sewing needle,

the workshop will be guided by experienced embroiderers, and each person can go at their own pace.

This workshop is available to everyone, we particularly invite international communities and new arrivals to Bristol.
