The Paper Cinema: Journeys at Arnolfini

A event held at Arnolfini on Thursday 18th June. The event starts at 19:00.

Come and join the unique live animation company The Paper Cinema for the work-in-progress showing of a brand new piece created in partnership with people seeking refuge in the UK.

Using live music and their projected illustrations, The Paper Cinema tell the tales of three journeys to find safety, travelling across land, sea and air. Over several months, The Paper Cinema worked with groups involved with Bridges for Communities, sharing stories, drawing together and pulling together a story that weaves together shared experiences.

Following the 20 minute performance, there will be a chance to feedback your ideas and speak to the people who shared their stories, and those who created the piece.
