Join us for creative sensory play sessions inspired by the exhibition Emma Talbot: Everything is Energy, designed for parents, carers, and their little ones (0–18 months).

Together, you can connect, breathe, and share stories about birth, babies, and beyond in a warm, supportive, and imaginative environment.

These workshops offer a chance to meet, play, and talk with other parents and carers, building new connections, exploring storytelling, and enjoying quality time with your baby.
