Ever wanted to come and play in At-Bristol, with no kids around? Well now's your chance! Join us for a 'super' night out with a difference as you get to play with over 250 interactive exhibits and activities...all with a drink in your hand!
Become the Super Hero you've always wanted to be, in our 'super' evening - unleash your inner 'Unfathomable Bulk', 'Wonderful Woman', 'Arachnid Person' or 'Captain of a Very Large Country'! (We don't want to get told off by the licensing folks, so we've got creative with Super Hero names!)
Special 'super'-themed activities will include:
DIY Super Costumes! Are you new to this super hero malarkey and need a costume? Well, step into our Super Hero’s Lair and craft a bespoke outfit (complete with masks, capes and Y-fronts for that retro look) for your crime-fighting exploits. Pose for up your own retro inspired super person scene with added sound effects!
Super Senses! Come to our Live Lab for our super senses laboratory to learn about the science behind super hero powers; test your super strength, learn how to read minds and acquire heat vision!
Super Foods! Ever wondered what makes a “superfood” quite so super? Swing by the kitchen and demystify exactly why kale kicks butt and pomegranate packs a punch.
Tractor Beams! Handle a Sonic Tractor Beam with engineers from University of Bristol; levitate and control particles with the power of ultrasound, and suspend objects and liquids in mid-air using invisible force fields.
PLUS book an awesome show in the UK's first 3D Planetarium* Spring Stargazing 3D is showing at 7.15pm / 8pm / 8.45pm / 9.30pm

As well as all the tasty tidbits inside you can also enjoy some of Bristol's finest street food stalls outside At-Bristol during After Hours. We'll be joined by the good folks from Gopal's Curry Shack and The Pizza Bike...so do come hungry!
