Join Tara Sound and Music for a blissful evening of relaxation and rejuvenation, followed by a delicious vegan cake sale, all in aid of raising funds for Play Action International!

At this beautiful in-person event, you'll experience the power of sound healing through the gentle vibrations of various instruments, including crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and Tara's nourishing voice. Allow the harmonic frequencies to wash over you, releasing tension and promoting a sense of inner calm.
Tara will guide you through the entire session, from breath connection, through to a beautiful heart meditation and finally with your Sound Journey, helping you to relax and connect with your inner self. No prior experience is necessary - simply bring yourself, some comfortable items (see below) and an open mind.

What to bring
As you will be lying on the floor, it is recommended that you bring anything to make yourself comfortable including yoga matts, cushions, blankets, eye pillows, bolsters and wear cosy, comfortable clothes.
Contraindications
Sound baths can be quite intense so it is best to check first before booking if you are currently pregnant, have sound induced epilepsy or have a history of serious mental health conditions. Please get in touch with Tara if you are unsure or need to ask any questions.
Fundraiser
All funds raised at this event will be going towards Tara's Goddaughter, Fran Funnell, as she embarks on a month long volunteering program with Play Action International to build much needed play equipment in schools in Uganda.
All cakes will be freshly made and will be vegan friendly!
