Whipped green butter, sourdough and radishes
Pissaladiere marinated anchovies - Silky marinated anchovies topped with caramelised onions, olives and thyme

Herby chilli-spiked oeufs mimosa - Classic devilled eggs elevated with a fiery kick.
Seasonal crudités with aubergine caviar and Provencal hummus - A vibrant platter of raw vegetables served alongside two silky dips: a smoky slow-roasted aubergine caviar and herby provencal inspired hummus.
Panisse bites with whipped chevre and broad beans - Golden chickpea fritters from the South of France, topped with whipped goat's cheese and sweet broad beans.
Mini mustard jamon buerre - Crusty baguette slices spread with French salted butter and sharp Dijon mustard, layered with slices of French cured ham. Simple, perfect, iconic.
