A film screening of Rang De Basanti at the Base Social Centre on 26th July!

'A Generation Awakens'. The movie follows a group of friends who graduate from Delhi University. They listlessly haunt their old campus, until a British filmmaker casts them in a film, and a picturisation of India's colonial rule eventually blends into the reality of the political tyranny and corruption in modern 'independent' 21st Century India.

The movie is being screened to collect funds to sustain the Delhi student protests against the NEET leaks and the Anti-Google Data Center protest in Vizag, India. Please find more information about this on the Base Social Centre Instagram!
