Two Trees Catering Presents: Nonna Sessions

After a busy summer of cooking Two Trees Catering is happy to invite you to another evening of making, eating and celebrating all things pasta.

We will spend the evening making pasta from scratch, and roll it out into different shapes before sitting down and eating it together. This is an opportunity to try new things and learn collectively rather than the traditional workshop structure. However no experience is necessary and there will be people on hand to answer questions and give tips should you need it.

For this one the theme will be stuffed pasta, picture ravioli, tortellini etc.

All equipment will be provided as well as some premade sauces. Soft drinks will be provided but feel free to bring your own wine to drink on the night. And please bring tupperware to take home any extra pasta you make.
