Women's Yoga Circle: An Unfurling at Bellevue Space
See event details

A event on Today. The event starts at 19:00.

Let yourself reach toward the light, tender and unhurried, opening at exactly your own pace.

In late spring, everything is in the process of becoming.

Not yet fully open. Not still closed. Somewhere in that tender, luminous in-between. Reaching toward the light, unfurling at its own unhurried pace. There is a particular beauty in that moment, and a particular invitation in it too.

This is the invitation of our May Woamn's Yoga Circle gathering.

Unfurling is the second Women's Yoga Circle of the year, held at Bellevue Studio in Totterdown, a real home, with views across the Bristol skyline and the warmth that only a home can hold. If you came to the April circle, you will find something familiar here and something new. If this is your first time, you are arriving into a circle that is already beginning to find its rhythm.

Each Women's Yoga Circle weaves together therapeutic yoga movement, women's health wisdom, seasonal and cyclical awareness rooted in the Yoni Shakti framework of Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and the Womancraft teachings of Jane Hardwicke Collings, time for sharing, and the deep restoration of guided rest. Less class, more circle. Less performance, more presence.

The evening starts with herbal tea, is fuled with simple snacks and closes with a nourishing mung bean soup; an act of care as much as sustenance.
