The newly opened Black Rock whisky Bar on Bristol’s Marsh Street is hosting its first art fair on Wednesday 11th December. And there will be whisky.
Nine local artists will be showcasing and selling a wide range of contemporary and traditional art and illustration with prints, original art, streetwear, postcards, badges, zines and anything else you can put a picture on.
And for whisky fans, the Black Rock team will be on hand during the event to guide you through their hand-picked selection of hundreds of whiskies. Whether you’re a connoisseur or a neophyte Black Rock’s expert bar staff can recommend the perfect whisky for you based on your flavour preferences. Draft beer will also be flowing, as well as the centrepiece of the bar - a mightily impressive 220 year old 6 ton oak tree that is quietly maturing a cocktail in its belly.
