ONE-POT Open Mic Night at Boiling Wells Amphitheater

A event on Thursday 25th July. The event starts at 17:00.

Here we are in JULY, the perfect time to gather; to spend the long warm evenings around a crackling fire with delicious homecooked aromas on the air and silly songs being passed amongst friends, new and old.

ONE-POT is back!

We missed you last month so this time we are coming to you bigger and better than ever!

For our open mic, we have a unique selection of home-brewed artists coming to share their stage talents with you: the Bristol Community.

We bring you Song-Singers and Storytellers, Bards and Spoken Word Artists, and Music Makers of all shapes and sizes.
Two hours of varied entertainment from the local talents of Bristol.
Contact us via @onepotpresents (Instagram) if you are interested in performing and to book a slot.
Reminder: This is an entirely off-grid venue with no power and so we may not be able to cater for very technical acts.
...............................................................................

New to the One Pot Crew is Jonah who will guide us through the art of transforming foraged goods into wearable charms. Jonah will guide us through the art of wire wrapping stones, feathers, bones, shells, sticks and other foraged treasures to wear on our bodies; in our ears, around our necks, as a broach, on a hat?!
Materials will be provided but we encourage you to bring along found treasures of your own.

.................................................................................

Last but not least we have an outdoor collaborative mural creation with the wonderful Katya, who has previously held creative workshops for One-pot with Cultivate Community Arts.
This is a no-pressure workshop where we invite people to participate as much or as little as they desire.
Think paint by numbers, on a much bigger, more relaxed scale.
Basic materials will be provided but please bring your brushes and paints if you desire something more specific.

.................................................................................

This is a family-friendly community-oriented event and we would love to see many new faces from the local area. We aim to bring people together in an open space to meet and connect through our love of art and music.
There will be a fire burning all evening, and home-cooked food available for a small donation. (please carry cash)
We invite you to bring your instruments and voices and get involved in a friendly fireside jam into the dusky hours of the evening.

Children under 10 go FREE!!
We look forward to gathering together soon!
