✨ Our Autumn Fair is back! ✨

Join us in the Boiling Wells woodland on Saturday 17th October, 12–5:30 pm for a day filled with live music, delicious farm food, family fun, and that special autumn magic.

Live music and performance from: Artuba, Slug Band, Karyo, Julieda's Dragons Tale, Lochine, Tsiali Choir...

‍‍Family activities - Apple Pressing, Autumn Crafts, Nature Games, and spooky facepainting!

Farm Fresh Food - St Werburghs City Farm Sausages! Homemade Pumpkin Soup with ingredients kindly donated by our local Better Foods! Delicious coffee and cake and snacks for the little ones!

The Grumpy Goat Bar - A wonderful selection of beer donated by Bristol Beer Factory, more-ish mulled cider, alcohol free beverages, and soft drinks galore!

Farm Stall & Fancy Dress Swap - original arts and crafts lovingly made by our groups and participants, fresh produce and a fancy dress clothes swap! Bring your kids old fancy dress, swap it for something new, if you find something you like you may choose to make a donation or just enjoy the fun side of recycling in the community!

PERFORMERS:

KARYO
Music for dancing, prancing and drunken romancing. Their sound comprises an upbeat combination of hip-hop, ska and alt rock with lyrics falling somewhere between conscious and preposterous. Their influences include The Cat Empire, The Streets and The Skints, but don’t sound much like any of them. If you’re a fan of leapfrogs or squawking like a parakeet, please report directly to the front row.

JULIEDA PRESENTS: THE DRAGONS TALE
An epic poetic story of witches, war, and the weather. Expect interactive storytelling, dance, and music.

SLUG BAND
Slug Band are a fun, nature-loving ceilidh band from Bristol. A group of friends who love playing together, their enthusiastic takes on tunes old and new will definitely get you dancing. Featuring a line-up of fiddle, strings, innovative percussion and the occasional song.

ARTUBA
Unique acoustic duo mixing ska, reggae and calypso with UK flavours to make an irresistible sound.

LOCHINE
Rob Brown and Harry Christensen offer rich tapestries of lush folk-rock, complete with soul soothing melodies.

TSIALI CHOIR
A Bristol-based choir specialising in the mesmerising polyphonic singing traditions of the Republic of Georgia. Ancient harmonies, lively wedding songs, and plenty of opportunity to join in.

ACCESSIBILITY
The site has limited accessibility for wheelchairs and buggies, the terrain is somewhat rugged and steep in areas. Appropriate footwear is encouraged alongside fancy dress! There is an accessible compost loo with baby changing facilities at Boiling Wells and fully accessible toilets with baby changing facilities at the main farm site on Watercress Road.
