event
on Saturday 7th March. The event starts at 10:00.
Using dynamic and playful exercises as well as calmer mindful activities, together with an introduction to compassion-focused therapy, we will explore ways to connect to ourselves, to each other and to nature. Through movement, improvisation games and other fun activities, we will explore our playfulness as well as our empathetic and compassionate sides.
Previous feedback:
"I loved the Soulful Play day. I wasn't sure what to expect and I knew no-one in the group, but the atmosphere that Tim and Anna created felt safe and helped me be able to bring myself to all parts of the day. I'm really grateful to have experienced the day and would definitely come back for other sessions if there were the opportunity. Thank you!"
