A
event
held at Breaking Bread
on Saturday 28th August. The event starts at 10:00.
Join chef Josh Eggleton of The Pony & Trap as he takes you through the importance of using quality key ingredients and how you can use your store cupboard to create easy sauces, dressings and marinades.
There will be a mixture of demonstrations and practical activities, with a small group size of 12 meaning you will get plenty of individual support & advice from Josh.
You will learn valuable knife skills, as we prep vegetables & meat, as well as how to get the most out of your ingredients through seasoning.
The workshop will culminate in sitting down to eat your delicious meal of marinated grilled chicken, with vegetable slaw, tenderstem broccoli, all beautifully dressed and flavoured, paired, of course, with a glass of wine or non-alcoholic cocktail.
There will be a few goodies to take away with you to use in your home cooking!
Location: Team Canteen @ Breaking Bread, BS9 1FG
Workshop Length: 2 hours (10am-12pm)
Cost: £55 per person (includes entry to Breaking Bread Weekender on day of workshop)
