Join us for our affirmation dance at Bridge Farm in Bristol - a beautiful space held on some historic land in the heart of Bristol!
We will begin our journey with a Cacao to open up the heart space and allow us to really embody our vessels and dance into the evening, moving any stuck energy and opening up the senses.
Our theme for the dance is positive affirmations which will be reflected in the music flowing through the genres of spiritual trap, dub, 140, reggae, amapiano and jungle.
We will then have a short sound bath showering your aura in frequencies and healing vibrations before releasing our souls out into the night to pursue our dreams...
Entry requirements: no age restrictions (under 18s to be accompanied by an adult over 21yrs, 1:1 ratio)
