A
event
on Saturday 17th January. The event starts at 14:30.
*Limited spaces available*
Join us for a nourishing winter's afternoon on Saturday 17th January - where we'll tend to our seasonal selves, get to know winter in a different way, and find out what she knows...
This is a cosy space to...
- Explore our experiences and relationship with the season, and what winter means to us.
- Creatively meet and get to know winter in a different way: through conversation, imagery, and metaphor.
- Embrace the goodness of the season - and honour the wisdom, gifts and learnings she/they/he holds...
What is involved?
- Facilitated prompts and guided activities for individual and shared reflection
- Gently playful yet hearty honouring & group ritual
- Cups of tea and cosiness
This workshop is for:
- The winter wobblers! Anyone who finds winter a bit tricky and would like to see if there are ways they can better befriend the winter months
- The winter wooopers! For those who love winter, and would like a moment to honour the gifts of the winter months
- The human beings! For those who feel called to connect with their seasonal surroundings and come into a space of reflection, connection and community on a Saturday afternoon...
