We invite you to join us for an afternoon of ecstatic movement and expression.
We will begin at 2pm with a cacao ceremony and intention setting. Followed by chakra activation and meditation following the breath to find your centre before beginning on our journey. The music will be your guide taking you on a ride through the genres with high vibrational music, a lot of which has been produced exclusively for the session.
