Grandbrothers at Bristol Beacon Foyer

A gig held at Bristol Beacon Foyer on Friday 15th October. The event starts at 20:00.

Düsseldorf-duo Grandbrothers have spent over a decade experimenting with soundworlds that blur the boundaries between analogue and digital.

Composed of pianist Erol Sarp and producer/ electronic engineer Lukas Vogel, they “merge sleek, frostbitten electronica with haunting piano motifs” (CLASH).

Their recent third album ‘All The Unknown’ expands the pair’s compositional approach and “positions itself as a surprise, if just for placing instruments where you don’t expect them” (Loud and Quiet), taking their hypnotic and richly textured arrangements in new directions.

This is a standing Bristol Beacon presents show at Bristol Beacon Foyer, Trenchard St, Bristol BS1 5AR.
