MOVEMENT WORKSHOP with TIM LYTC

This movement workshop will explore different ways of moving and thinking about the body. Inspired by contemporary dance and somatic approaches to movement, you will be guided through activities relating to your senses and environment, which are open to personal interpretation and different movement qualities.

It will be predominantly improvisation based, with some guided movement patterns.

No dance experience or physical training required, just a readiness to imagine and explore. This will be a relaxed space where you can play, reflect and rest as you wish; with opportunities to discuss any thoughts, feelings and sensations that may arise.

The space is open from 13:15, workshop runs from 13:30-15:00.
