This November, Black Hole Comedy brings you a brand new and exciting monthly stand-up night at the Bristol Improv Theatre and on Fireworks Night no less! We start (very literally) with a BANG! Our first headliner: the brilliant, honest and hilarious MAE MARTIN. Mae will ably supported on the night by opening act MAT EWINS. Plus they'll be open spots from the best up-and-coming talent in the local area. PLUS your chaperone and host for the night will be SHAUN McHUGH. Don't worry, he's done this sort of thing before.
Just £7 for a whole evening's entertainment, plus a Polish Beer or House Wine will set you back £3, so you can have a night out for just over a tenner! Can't say fairer than that.
Mae Martin:
A naturally charismatic storyteller who has reached the finals of national comedy competitions and appeared on radio & TV (you'll recognise her from Russell Howards Good News). Here's some nice things people have said about her:
'She had the audience in the palm of her hand.' Three Weeks
'Full of the confidence of a veteran comedian. Rapier wit and cute charisma.' SCOTSGAY
'An accomplished stage presence It's not often you're sad at the end of a show because you remember that you don't actually know the performer.' Fringe Guru
