‘The Last of the Whale Shark’ Film Screening at Bristol Megascreen
See event details

A event on Friday 18th October. The event starts at 20:30.

Join us for ‘The Last of the Whale Shark’ as part of Wildscreen Festival’s Official Selection public screenings.

The Last of the Whale Shark (76m) - A poetic Iranian feature film that isn’t afraid to show us something imaginative and bold.

It is the tale of the final surviving whale shark in the Persian Gulf, on a quest to find its mate. The film is rooted in the multitude of accidents and tragedies inflicted upon the marine environment by our generation and shows how this environmental destruction affects the search for love for this last whale shark.

As we celebrate another amazing festival, why not help us close it out with our final film screening of Wildscreen Festival 2024?
