ThoughtFox is a new grouping for three great musicians from the jazz, ambient and improvised music worlds. Rob Palmer, guitar (Echo Engine feat.Theo Travis) Paul Chauncy, live electronics (Phil Wachsmann, Uncle Homunculus) and Jon Lloyd, saxophones ( Jon Lloyd Quartet, Naissance feat. John Law), will be bringing all new pieces to the PPianissimo Series, part-composed and part simply plucked out of the ether... With an emphasis on atmosphere, colour and texture, the trio ThoughtFox explores that area where a thought becomes a sound.
