Morning Class with Vicki Hearne

Each class will start with accessible contemporary technique exercises to prepare our bodies for moving. Vicki will then lead you through extended phrases that involve moving in and out of the floor with a focus on power and fluidity. The class will culminate with a taught repertory phrase drawing on Vicki's choreographic work. The aim of the class is to provide options for those who want to be challenged whilst offering alternatives to suit level and experience.  Everyone is welcome and encouraged to take the class at their own pace.
