MORNING CLASS WITH ANNIE KELLEHER
The class is for experienced dancers/professionals to explore finding freedom in form using release technique. There will be moving in and out of the floor, playfulness and music to get you in the groove. We will warm up exploring collective energy and joy to bring heat to our bodies through movement and breath before diving into technical phrases and structured movement that will go in and out of the floor, it will be sweaty! We'll finish the class by rejoining together as a collective to rejoice in our sense of community.
