Capricorn season asks for patience, restraint, and devotion to what endures. On the 11th of January, Ailsa and Rachael are hosting 'The Way is long and Narrow', a yoga, tarot and Yoga Nidra workshop shaped by the Capricorn archetype. Together, we will work with the image of the master architect and the careful ascent; exploring themes of responsibility, ambition, boundaries and time.

Through Yoga, Tarot, and Yoga Nidra and journalling, we will practice circumspection and consider what summit we are headed towards in 2026, and the ascent.

This workshop will invite you to lean in to your ambition and drive, but without rushing, honouring both effort and rest as part of the climb.
