Vision Yoga for Screen Fatigue at Bristol Yoga Centre
Full and concessions

A event on Sunday 11th January. The event starts at 11:00.

Are you worried about spending lots of time in front of a screen?

You may have noticed your eyes getting inflamed, dry, or sore. It can become hard to focus because of tension headaches and blurry vision.

How we care for our eyes and mind has a huge impact on how our vision works. Just like brushing your teeth, your eyes benefit from receiving regular care.

We’ll discuss Computer Eye Syndrome and demonstrate how to look after your eyes in the digital era.

Through gentle yoga, somatic movement and breathing practice, we’ll re-align your posture to help you stay relaxed and focused.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of students including beginners. No previous experience of yoga is necessary.

Costs: £24 and £18 Concessions

Teacher: Naomi Hayama

You can read more about digital strain in Naomi’s free blog.
