LONDON QUEER COMMUNITY With so much love, I’m inviting you to come dance with me at my next workshop Created especially for the LGBTQ+ community, but everyone who is inclusive, respectful and open-minded is more than welcome .

In this 90-minute workshop we will:

- 10-15 min We’ll start by warming up our bodies with Dembow and Reggaeton tracks, focusing on body movement, and musicality groove and confidence.
- Vote between 2 songs for the choreography
-We’ll create the choreography in the moment! I love building the partnerwork routine on the day with the students so you can experience the creative process and even bring your own ideas into the choreography.
- Makes videos with students who are happy to be part of and for the en a big fun dance group .

This workshop is designed not only to teach different Reggaeton, Dembow styles and smooth steps, but also to celebrate freedom of expression through body movement.

REGGAETON AND DEMBOW are a freestyle, underground, raw and liberating. Freedom of expression through movement is powerful, healing and essential.

So don’t be scared — be confident, be bold and feel free to express yourself.
