I'm very excited to share with you Biotē Gatherings first supper club!

Biotē Gatherings is about food as a way of life. Using local produce to bring people together around the table.

I will be serving up 3 courses in true Biotē Gatherings style highlighting seasonality to represent the diversity, the care, and the work of farmers, growers, and makers in and around Bristol.

Expect pickles, ferments and some foraged delights.

Beers will be available to purchase from this local independent brewery as well as wines and soft drinks.

The menu will be suitable for pescatarians. Please make a note of any dietary requirements when booking. Vegetarian options can be arranged on notice.
