In a nod to years gone by where fancy footwork was favoured over swiping right, we are
hosting an exclusive Valentine’s Day Tea Dance this Thursday, 14 February from 11am-2pm.
We’ll be transporting shoppers to the 1940s with an afternoon of old fashioned romance in
the middle of the busy mall.
Seasoned Tea Dancers and first-time movers and shakers alike are encouraged to come on
down to join in the action and celebrate Valentine’s Day like never before. You’ll find us in
the ground floor of the centre.
Offering the perfect soundtrack to the dance, talented local band The Kings will take to the
mic, playing a selection of nostalgic favourite tracks. Dancers from nearby Swing Dance
Bristol will show shoppers how it’s done – putting on captivating mini performances to
entertain crowds and encouraging shoppers, young and old, to try their hand at a little
Lindy Hop, Jive or Quickstep.
