The Rhythm Aces
The band stems from a variety of backgrounds that come together to make a broad ranging cocktail of traditional and contemporary jazz and blues.
The band are:
Ron King Trumpet and harmonicas with over 40 years of traditional jazz experience in South Wales and Bristol
Andy Leggett on reeds again with over 50 years’ experience in traditional jazz and folk and a long time professional musician with the Rod Mason jazz band in Germany
Pete Mathison Guitar and vocals. An in demand session musician who has performed and recorded worldwide with some of the biggest names in the business
Mike Kennedy String Bass. A musician much in demand throughout South Wales and the South West
Elizabeth Jane Williams Singer. One of the Highest regarded Jazz singers in the South West and almost in constant demand by many bands.
