The hot jazz jam returns to Cafe Grounded on the last Thursday of every month. Hosted by The Barrel House Vipers trio, this is inclusive jam session in a warm friendly environment.

This jam session celebrates acoustic pre-swing era jazz and ragtime.

Bring your instruments/ears to Cafe Grounded, Fishponds and play/listen to the music of the start of the 20th century. Speak to anyone in the band if you'd like to sit in. They will start with a few songs as a trio and then invite people to join them for a few songs.

Hosted by a house trio featuring some of Bristol's favourites of the New Orleans jazz scene with guests more than welcome!

If you're a fan of early jazz and ragtime, bring along your horn/banjo/fiddle/washboard/whatever else you play.
