The drum kit has been unchanged for 80 years, but still surprisingly adaptable in the 21st century. I like it.
I've played free jazz ish with a lot of good people - before Bristol, the Oxford Improvisers, and before them, Southend, and Red Square.
My roots are in my record player...."
