Chubaby | Lifter | Robert Wilkinson at Cafe Kino

Chubaby:
Lyrics peddling surrealist storytelling and social commentary that weave dextrously around a collage of synth pop, folk, post-punk and funk nastiness. Sly Stone meets Pavement by way of Melbourne and Manchester. Chubaby's 'Gloop' album is out on cassette tape released by Norwich based Holloway Records.

Lifter:
Lifter released their first album 'Clasping Hands with the Moribund' in October '24. The band proudly take musical cues from a diverse range of sources including, slowcore, folk, country, chamber pop and indie rock deftly showcasing this throughout their latest release.

Robert Wilkinson:
Combining New Zealand influences such as Roy Montgomery with American primitivism, Robert Wilkinson plays the guitar.

Tickets are £8 in advance and £10 on the door.
