PNC Municipal Ensemble
Midlands Noise jam supergroup featuring Doctor Girlfriend, lilliput moss and Lucifer Sky. All of them played in the Exchange basement separately earlier on in the year and caused so much chaos that the basement went through renovations soon afterwards. Was it their fault? Who knowns! You’ll find out what powers they have together when they play at Cafe Kino…
sevenyearwaitinglist X DJJG
I promised that sevenyearwaitinglist that will return at a gig of mine soon and here they are! This time they will be collaborating with wumpa fruit worshipper DJJG. Noisegrind, Girlypop, sound effects, complete ridiculousness!
Distraxi X Calico
Bristol’s Noise sweetheart Distraxi collaborates with Noise newcomer Calico. Calico is the new project of Kayleigh Beez who is the drummer for Nasty Fishmonger and a solo artist. Known for indulging in Folk Punk and Emo music, this is Kayleigh competing in a new field altogether, making their noise debut. What a better start than collaborating with Distraxi. Cat Girl Noise VS Pegasister Noise!
Joe from Bristol Vinyl Guy Promotions reviewed one of Distraxi’s releases earlier on this year. That being her album album The Colour of the Sky, here’s what he had to say on it:
“Imagine being at a busy loud spiritual rally with people shouting all around you, you’re not sure whether these yelps are for finding solace or fear but either way, you don’t feel welcome here”
inertia point
Bristol Vinyl Guy Promotions favourites inertia point return to Bristol after rocking Exchange earlier on this year and putting out their first EP!
They are a Noise Rock duo straight out of Southampton and they come back with only one goal in mind, causing you to have a headache! Caveman beatdown
Joe of Bristol Vinyl Guy Promotions had this to say on inertia point’s EP:
“The album contains 3 instrumentals, all of them have two things in common, that being cutting Shellac style guitars and dangerous drums who demand the money that you owe them, of which you don’t have”
