Bristol, Get Ready for Popola Sober Club!

We’re so excited to announce the Bristol launch of Popola Sober Club on Wednesday, October 15th at Café Kino! ✨

Popola Sober Club is a queer-led, sober curious event where diasporic queers, womxn, and allies can come together to vibe, connect, and celebrate our cultures in the most authentic way. This isn’t your typical night out—expect good music, community energy, and space for genuine conversation in a supportive environment that puts wellbeing and culture first.

Whether you’re sober, sober curious, or simply looking for a different kind of experience in Bristol, Popola Sober Club is the perfect place to feel held, dance freely, and find your people.

For this special launch, we’re bringing back our open decks session! If you’re a DJ or music lover with sounds rooted in Latinx, Afro-Caribbean, or other diasporic rhythms, send us a DM. All levels are welcome—whether it’s your first time behind the decks or you’re already experienced, this is a safe, supportive space to share your sound.
